Nikhil is a visionary entrepreneur and investor at the intersection of capital, community, and innovation. He launched Netrutvam in February 2025 to foster informed decision-making in governance and enterprise. As Managing Partner at SCHEAM India Capital Fund (since August 2022), he catalyzes sustainable investments in emerging innovators. Earlier, he held leadership roles in Halmidi Industries Pvt Ltd and spearheaded strategic directions at SCHEAM India .

Archita Jasani brings to the Indian Startup Alliance over two decades of formidable leadership across India’s media, digital, and content technology ecosystems. Known for her intuitive grasp of strategic growth and her ability to build powerful partnerships, Archita plays a pivotal role in bridging the worlds of innovation, storytelling, and startup acceleration.

Before joining ISA, Archita held senior leadership positions across some of India’s most dynamic media and entertainment companies. she is currently serving as the Vice President for Strategic Growth and Partnerships at Jojo App, a premium regional OTT platform, where she is leading its growth into new markets and redefined audience engagement with culturally rooted digital content. Prior to that, as Chief Operating Officer at V Hunt Digital Media, she managed large operational teams, curated high-performing content strategies, and ensured seamless platform scaling during a critical phase of digital transformation. Her earlier tenure at Eros Now, as Assistant Vice President for Distribution and Partnerships, saw her play a significant role in shaping India’s OTT expansion narrative.

As Senior Vice President, she embodies the inclusive and ambitious spirit of ISA—a voice for both Bharat and the world.
